World Mental Health Day 2016

#LittleThings Campaign – Little things can make a big difference!

Little Things is a new mental health and wellbeing campaign from the H.S.E.’s National Office for Suicide Prevention, created in partnership with over 20 organisations. The campaign has three simple messages to share;

  • We all experience life’s storms – the day to day difficulties that are an ordinary, everyday part of life. Things like stress, grief, feeling down, worried or anxious.
  • There are things that you can do for yourself and others that will have a positive impact on how you feel and how you cope.
  • You can find out more about the #littlethings and about mental wellbeing on
